  Robert,

One of the most popular methods for adding a note to a telecard is to
drop the 'post-it' note somewhere on the card. Its in the stamper in
the default general drawer and looks like a square piece of paper with a
folded lower-right corner and a piece of scotch tape at the top. If you
tap on this stamp it expands to a larger area that accepts typing.

To disable the wait for dialtone, Option-tap the magic-lamp, tap the
Control Panel door, tap the 'General' options, select 'Construction
mode', tap the 'Control Panel' back-step (in the upper-right corner) and
tap the 'Dialing' category. Here you will find the option you seek.
Don't forget to return to the General category and turn off construction
mode when you are done. :)

Dear MAGICCAP [mail list]

My file cabinet keeps saying that there is too many folders to file any
thing. How do I fix this? There are no new folders in it yet.

btw: What is the [Fn], [Alt], and [Control] key on the keyboard for?

You can use a text box form the TOOL CUP and enter the information. You can
make the box bigger using the STRETCH tool by OPTION taping on the TOOL CUP
menu title bar, and selecting STRETCH. You may also customize the box by
using the MAGIC HAT.

Hiya Robert -

This is how I use mine here in the UK. My ISP uses static IP adresses,
and the link with Presto just works. Maybe it has something to do with
the Ascend MAX they're using...?

It just works.

Good luck,

C.

Subject: Uing ML in UK

I am happy to report that Netcom has POP sites all over the UK. It works
just fine as-is!

I also need to hook up to IBM.NET with my ML1000. Is anyone using them as
one of their ISP's? I have been unable to connect properly with IBM even
with my 486 Laptop. Must be operator errors....

[This message may have contained graphics created by a Magic Cap device on

Dear MAGICCAP List,

I'm starting to notice tiny specks underneath the regular screen on my ML. I
always made sure that I didn't have it ariund too much dust, wiping the
screen off everyday. Can the 'WriteRights' keep dust from somehow getting
inside? How good are they?
