With 9% of desktops running Win95 and NT, That leaves 91% of the market unable to run your software. So, how do you define "market acceptance"? Kevin Fries

Subject: SML at Egghead
Dear Magic, Just an FYI for anyone interested. Egghead is now selling the Magic Links PIC-2000. No bargin on price, 799.89 wich is the same price I got from Sound Track. However sometimes you need to take your victories, no matter how small, where you can get them. The more vendos that sell them, the more sold. The more sold, the more software that will become available. ITS A START! Kevin Fries

I just thought others would like to know that Reboot (201 457-1980) has 1mg SRAM cards for $49.00 and 2mg SRAM cards for $69.00. I am told these work with the ML. I will have my 2 mg next Tuesday and will let all know how well it works. Just a tidbit to pass along.

Paul, Just a note. We are not Plink, and as such do not have access to their customer database. Yes we do have a database of all people who downloaded and registered the orginal Pre-Release. We also have a list of all the folks who purchased the Pre-release version. We are doing are best to make a product that will be successful and answer the requests of the users. Please keep your feedback coming in, we need it to make the best product. Joel At 04:36 AM 8/22/96 +0000, OPC_office wrote: >We registered our copies when we pulled them off the web. Just noticed this. I keep a padlock on my file cabinet. However, if you option tap "the hand" in the upper right hand corner and select something that is in the cabinet, you're in. No code to enter. Is this right? Paul McHugh
