With 9% of desktops running Win95 and NT, That leaves 91% of the market
unable to run your software. So, how do you define "market
acceptance"?

Dear Magic,
Just an FYI for anyone interested. Egghead is now selling the Magic Links
PIC-2000. No bargin on price, 799.89 wich is the same price I got from Sound
Track. However sometimes you need to take your victories, no matter how
small, where you can get them. The more vendos that sell them, the more sold.
The more sold, the more software that will become available. ITS A START!

I just thought others would like to know that Reboot (201 457-1980) has 1mg
SRAM cards for $49.00 and 2mg SRAM cards for $69.00. I am told these work
with the ML. I will have my 2 mg next Tuesday and will let all know how
well it works. Just a tidbit to pass along.

Paul,

Just a note. We are not Plink, and as such do not have access to their
customer database.

Yes we do have a database of all people who downloaded and registered the
orginal Pre-Release. We also have a list of all the folks who purchased the
Pre-release version.

We are doing are best to make a product that will be successful and answer
the requests of the users.

Please keep your feedback coming in, we need it to make the best product.

Weird! I just bought a couple of 1meg cards from them a couple
of weeks ago and they only charged me $35 each.

Is there a ml2000 version of onno's tools out there? I had heard that
there isn't. If not what is the procedure for moving 'types' from one
package to another?

Just noticed this. I keep a padlock on my file cabinet. However, if you
option tap "the hand" in the upper right hand corner and select
something that is in the cabinet, you're in. No code to enter. Is this
right?

I ordered the 2MgSRAM card from Reboot, and got them just yesterday. The
invoice said Sharp Zaurus all over it, and I couldn't get my PIC2000 to
recognize it for "set it up" no matter what I did. If you can get it to
work, let me know how.

Subject: ML & Compuserve?

Dear Magic Cappers,

Can anyone tell me how to connect my PIC 1000 to Compuserve? I have set
up an account on my Mac, but can't find software anywhere. Their tech
people can't seem to help.

Thanks in advance.
