Subject: Desk Cluter

Dear Magic,

Help!! I have something that has fallen behind my desk that I can't
retrieve. I have tried all my tricks that I can think of, including
packing up all the packages to try and find out what package it is in.
No luck so far. It appears that the 'card' is in main memory
someplace.

It there a utility or some other trick that will let me clean the
clutter from the desk scene?

Thx

Charlie F

I too am using Netcom with the Presto! packages, and I have encountered the
messages you describe (but rarely). Except for busy signals, I don't have too
many problems.

Charlie,

Were you using the Tinker Tool?

Usually when you put something behind the desk, usually some portion still
remians seen. This is the case because objects stop moving as soon as you
let go of them, thus preventing throwing an object around.

It may only be a single pixel in size but it might be there.

I will check with some engineers and see if they have any tricks.

Best
Joel

Hey Charlie,

Talked with an engineer type. Are you using a PIC2000 or Envoy150?

If so go to hte storeroom and tap the Magic Lamp. Tap the suggestions for
discarding. This will make a list that should include the lost item. Youcan
then delete or file from here.

Let me know if this works.

Best,
Joel

Thanks

I looked in the drawer but Didn't see it. Then I noticed the down arrow
for another page and there it was. Looks great!

Thanks again
